You can only upload a single a file. If you
want to send multiple files, compress them all into a single file. You can also compress multiple
compressed archive files into a single archive.

| When I try to upload a file I don't get the confirmation screen, instead I get sent
back to the user agreement page. Why? |

This is because the file has exceeded the 2000 MB
limit, and the server is refusing to upload the file.
| Why do I get the file description must be alpha-numeric error when I try to
upload a file? |

You can only use letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens or underscores. All other
characters are not allowed.
