Who can use this software? [-]
Anyone can use the software, however there are certain limitations. Either the sender or the recipient must be an email address from the approved list. If you are not sure if you are approved, send an email question to help at tech@ascendbridge.com.
Do I need special software? [-]
No, you only need an email account and a web browser.
What version of FTM is this? [-]
This is version 2.2.
Email
Can I send to multiple recipients? [-]
No, you can only send to one recipient at a time for security and tracking. If you need to sent to multiple people, you will need to send each one their own transfer.
Files
What type of files can be sent? [-]
Only zip and pdf files can be sent (to minimize network traffic).
What is the maxiumum file size allowed? [-]
2000 MB
How do I send more than 1 file? [-]
You can only upload a single a zip file. If you want to send multiple files, zip them all into 1 file. You can also zip multiple zip files into a single zip.
Problems
When I try to upload a file I don't get the confirmation screen, instead I get sent back to the user agreement page. Why? [-]
This is because the file has exceeded the 2000 MB limit, and the server is refusing to upload the file.
Why do I get the file description must be alpha-numeric error when I try to upload a file? [-]
You can only use letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens or underscores. All other characters are not allowed.
