Anyone can use the software, however there are certain
limitations. Either the sender or the recipient must be an email address from the approved
list. If you are not sure if you are approved, send an email question to help at
tech@ascendbridge.com.
No, you only need an email account and a web browser.

No, you can only send to one recipient at a time
for security and tracking. If you need to sent to multiple people, you will need to send each
one their own transfer.

Only zip and pdf files can be sent (to minimize network
traffic).
2000 MB
You can only upload a single a zip file. If you
want to send multiple files, zip them all into 1 file. You can also zip multiple zip files
into a single zip.

| Problems | ||||||
This is because the file has exceeded the 2000 MB
limit, and the server is refusing to upload the file.
You can only use letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens or underscores. All other
characters are not allowed.
